I’m a Finnish-Filipino graphic designer based in Helsinki, with a B.A. and M.A. in Visual Communication Design from Aalto University. I work across print, digital and UI/UX design — building visual identities, producing print-ready marketing materials, and designing interface and onboarding flows for software products. I work fluently in Finnish and English, including editorial work and UX copywriting, and I integrate AI tools — Claude and Gemini — into my daily design and writing workflow.

Experience
UI/UX & Graphic Designer, Wave-R (2025 – present)
Sole designer at a Finnish software company, responsible for the full design surface: UI/UX, visual identity, and marketing assets.
Graphic designer, freelance (2018 – 2021, 2025 – present)
Designing graphic design materials such as illustrations, logos, business cards, posters, newsletters, and websites. Occasional event photography, photo editing, and wedding-related visuals. Clients include Aalto University, University of Helsinki and Tampere University.

Majoring in visual communication design. During my Master’s studies, I focused on information design, and I explored coding with front end programming languages. In addition, I researched the skin as a temporary medium for contemporary self-expression in my thesis.
