Design work is always collaboration. Here is feedback from the designers, developers and project coordinators I have built projects with.
Jenni is an efficient and determined designer with strong technical skill. She has excellent communication skills and her expertise adds a great deal of value to the team. She is a real pleasure to work with, and ideas always turn into a solution that fits the situation at hand.

Working with Jenni has been very natural and efficient. It is easy to exchange thoughts with her and to plan how best to move the whole thing forward. Jenni communicates well with the rest of the team and actively brings up her own ideas and possible solutions, which is a great quality especially on this project, where the team is small and there is a lot of work. The quality of her work has always been professional, even when the schedule has been tight. For my part, Jenni’s contribution was the single biggest support in how we present ourselves as a company, especially on social media and across all our other marketing.
Työskentely Jennin kanssa on ollut hyvin luontevaa ja tehokasta. Jennin kanssa on helppo vaihtaa ajatuksia ja suunnitella miten saadaan kokonaisuutta edistettyä parhaalla tavalla. Jennillä on hyvä kyky kommunikoida muiden tiimiläisten kanssa ja Jenni tuo aktiivisesti esille omia ratkaisumahdollisuuksia ja ajatuksia mikä on loistava piirre varsinkin tässä projektissa kun tiimi on pieni ja työtä on paljon. Työn laatu on aina ollut ammattimaista vaikka aikataulu olisikin tiukka. Jennin työpanoksesta oli omalta osaltani isoin tuki siinä miltä näytetään yrityksenä ulospäin erityisesti sosiaalisessa mediassa ja kaiken muun markkinoinnin osalta.

Working with Jenni has been a great experience. She pays attention to detail in design and always responds quickly, allowing us to move through design tasks efficiently. Not only is Jenni quick and flexible when it comes to iterating on design work, she always brings fresh and creative ideas to the team for further review, helping us to tackle design challenges effectively.
Her positive attitude, open-mindedness and proactive nature make her a pleasure to work with and she creates an environment of learning and collaboration. We’ve learned so much from each other while working on the Kielibuusti project, and her ability to adapt and drive us towards our goals has been essential to the success of this project.
Jenni’s contributions – both in the designs she created and the way she engaged with the team – made a huge impact on Kielibuusti project.
